David A. Henderson
– President
Dave joined JJH in 1988, and continues the 80 year-long tradition
of Henderson leadership following his brother, father and grandfather
alike. He provides professional management and direction, while
assuring the operational and financial success of the company.
Dave continually strives to improve company operations, procedures
and relations with a contagious energy and enthusiasm that exemplifies
his principles of creative and positive leadership. Ensuring JJH
principles of quality, integrity, honesty and outstanding customer
service is a focal point of Dave’s leadership. In addition
to leading the company, Dave is also a dedicated leader in various
industry organizations and the local community, which remains
a priority for JJH. |

William G. Marshalla –
Senior Project Manager
Bill has been with JJH since 1997. He is highly accomplished
at project development, specifically in the water/wastewater treatment
field. He leads a team of project managers on numerous commercial
and municipal projects with an emphasis on water and wastewater
treatment facilities. Bill is responsible for JJH’s overall
project administration, estimating developments and providing
leadership and support for the day-to-day operations while maintaining
company direction. |

Joseph M. Slattery –
Senior Project Manager
Joe has been with JJH since 2001. He is highly accomplished at
project development and implementation of design-build work. Joe
leads a team of project managers on numerous commercial and municipal
projects with an emphasis on federal/military development. Joe
is responsible for JJH’s overall project administration,
estimating developments and providing leadership and support for
the day-to-day operations while maintaining company direction.

Joshua A. Little –
Senior Project Manager
Josh has been with JJH since 2001. He served six years in the
United States Marine Corps where he sharpened valuable leadership
and team-building qualities. Josh also has extensive schooling
in his professional field, which provides a solid foundation for
his projects. His experience with JJH has included federal, commercial
and industrial work for various types of clients. Josh is currently
developing a Project Management team to continue JJH's highest
standards of operation. |

Jason M. Rudolph –
Senior Project Manager
Jason has been with JJH since 1999. His past field-related construction
experience, as well as his schooling, has made him a valued team
leader at JJH. Jason's past project experience ranges from federal,
municipal, commercial and private with an emphasis on water and
wastewater treatment facilities. Jason has participated in project
delivery systems of Lump Sum, Hard Bid, Design-Build and Cost
Plus. Jason’s Project Management team is currently being
assembled, and will maintain JJH’s highest standards of
care under his leadership. |

Jamie R. Shirling –
Senior Project Manager
Jamie has been with JJH since 1994. Her experience at JJH covers
a broad range of responsibilities including project management,
administrative functions, human resources, safety and insurance.
In conjunction with her previous construction experience, this
diverse history with JJH makes her a versatile member of the management
team. Past project management experience includes commercial,
retail, municipal, governmental and private work. Jamie is also
very active in several industry organizations, and is the immediate
past President of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction)
McHenry/Lake County Chapter. She serves as the National Block
Kids Chair and Regional Construction Industry Chair. Jamie’s
Project Management team is being devised to preserve JJH’s
highest-quality operating standards. |
