The goal for this project was to find the best use for the site, maximizing the square footage available for a one-story building. The owners wanted to add more examination rooms, increase the size and configuration of the central business area, reception, and patient waiting areas, and provide plenty of parking. The new 10,800-square-foot building satisfies those needs both for the present and future, and gives them a good community presence. The brick and limestone facility features brick arches over the entryways and beautifully detailed millwork around the doors and crown moldings.

Lindenhurst Family Medicine LLC occupies approximately half of the new facility. Serving the needs of the entire family from pediatrics to adult care, the doctors are seeking tenants for the remaining half of the building that would compliment their medical practice such as orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and radiology.
