| Description: |
This 265,000-square-foot
renovations project at Forrestal Village included wholehouse repair
and improvements to 233 units with seven different unit types.
A partial list of improvements include upgrading kitchens, dining
rooms and bathrooms, replacing windows and trim, interior and
exterior doors, roofing, siding, flooring and new interior finishes.
Also included were asbestos removal, patching and repair of drywall
ceilings and walls, complete replacement of mechanical, plumbing
and electrical systems, and site landscaping. The project was
finished one year ahead of schedule. Commander Stratman, U.S.
Navy, presented JJH with a Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding
Performance.
