This project constructed for Consumers Illinois Water Company (Aqua Illinois Water) and the Village of Hawthorn Woods was on a fast-tracked schedule. The station was functional, being able to pump potable water, within 68 days of the project’s start. The architecturally stunning building houses ion exchange and chemical feed equipment. The project also included drilling two wells, and a 65-foot diameter, 350,000 gallon, concrete reservoir.
