| Description: |
A design-build project consisting
of a new ion exchange water treatment plant and a 600,000 gallon
reservoir utilizing a 21,000 gallon hydro-pneumatic tank. Built
for Toll Brothers, the water treatment plant has two deep wells
and a capacity of 450 gallons per minute. The water treatment
plant incorporated specialized architectural details to blend
into the exclusive neighborhood it is serving. The reservoir is
partially underground and located behind the building.
